Welcome to HarpMaster. By using this app, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service
HarpMaster (“the app”) is provided for personal harmonica learning and practice.
2. Intellectual Property
App icon, branding, and UI design are owned by the developer.
3. Disclaimer
- The app is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty
- We do not guarantee 100% pitch detection accuracy — results depend on microphone quality and environmental noise
- We are not liable for any loss resulting from the use of this app
4. User Conduct
By using this app, you agree to:
- Not disrupt, decompile, or maliciously modify the app
- Not use the app for illegal activities
- Comply with the laws of your jurisdiction
5. In-App Purchases
HarpMaster offers four in-app purchase options on the international version. All four deliver the same Premium feature set — ad-free, full song library, and all current and future Premium features — billed differently:

Subscription cancellation
For Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly, you may cancel at any time in App Store / Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium access until that date and are not charged again.
General terms
- Payments are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment credentials.
- Purchases are bound to your device (HarpMaster does not require an account). Restoring purchases on a new device is supported via Apple / Google receipt restoration.
- Refund policies follow the respective payment channel’s rules (Apple’s regional policies, Google’s 48-hour window, etc.). We do not process refunds directly; please contact the payment channel.
- Subscription users will receive in-app notice of any price change at least 30 days before the next billing cycle, in line with Apple / Google policy.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published in the app and on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
